Inspection findings are carefully reviewed and translated into your Plot Health Score (PHS)—a standardized condition score designed to provide a simple and consistent snapshot of your plot’s observed status.

Final Inspection Report

You receive a professionally prepared report containing key observations, your Plot Health Score (PHS), visual documentation, and any notable findings—giving you a clear and structured view of your land, wherever you are.

Beyond the Report

Our Extended Services

Based on your Plot Health Score (PHS) and the findings in your inspection report, we can recommend and arrange on-ground improvement works to actively raise your land's condition and long-term value.
