Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to common questions about our inspection process, service boundaries, and reporting methodology.
What exactly does a visual inspection cover?
Our inspections provide a comprehensive visual audit of your land's physical state. We document boundary conditions (walls, fences, stones), site access, internal topography, presence of temporary or permanent structures, and clear signs of unapproved activity like dumping or excavations.
Do you provide plot demarcation and survey services?
Yes. We can arrange plot demarcation and survey services based on your property documents. This service is available at an additional cost and is coordinated through qualified professionals where required.
Do you interact with neighbors or local authorities?
No. We operate under a strict zero-confrontation policy. Our field inspectors act strictly as silent observers to gather data. We do not engage in disputes, negotiations, or legal discussions with neighbors, squatters, or authorities under any circumstances.
Can your reports be used as legal documents in court?
Our reports are intended for informational and management purposes to give you peace of mind. While the geo-stamped photos provide excellent visual evidence of physical conditions at a point in time, the report does not constitute a legally binding survey or official title verification.
How quickly will I receive my report?
Once the site visit is completed, our engineering and operations team reviews the data and compiles your custom Plot Health Score (PHS) Dossier. You will receive the final digital report via email within 48 to 72 business hours of the physical inspection.
